J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce deuxième tome de Dark Seoul Mafia, qui nous replonge dans un univers sombre, intense et rempli de suspense.
On suit Marina dans sa reconstruction après les épreuves qu'elle a traversées. J'ai trouvé son évolution touchante : malgré son passé, elle se bat pour avancer et retrouver sa liberté. Sa relation avec Tae-Yang apporte également beaucoup d'émotion au récit.
J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé le mystère qui entoure Ghost. L'autrice distille les informations au compte-gouttes, ce qui donne envie de poursuivre la saga pour découvrir qui il est réellement.
Une lecture captivante, portée par des personnages complexes, une intrigue prenante et une ambiance sombre qui m'a tenue en haleine jusqu'à la dernière page.
La fin de la deuxième duologie de dark romance de Sunny et toujours un sacré coup de cœur.
Une histoire qui se lit toute seule (je l'ai dévoré en une journée) et qui ne se lâche pas avant la fin de l’Histoire car dès le début nous voulons savoir le dénouement final.
Dans ce tome, nous en apprenons plus sur Marina qui a été façonné à l'extrême par Ghost et elle va tout faire pour se défaire de cette emprise grâce à l'aide de Tae-Yang. Ensemble ils avanceront en apprenant à affronter les démons du passé et à vivre avec leur part d'ombre.
