Prologue

When I started writing my novels, I had to do a lot of research in order to be at least credible in my stories. Indeed, even if my stories take place in the imagination, I generally start from something tangible: a legend, a practice, an archaeological discovery, a medical advance, etc.
As a result, and taking into account my worlds, I spent hours informing myself/training myself on different aspects, particularly esoteric and spiritual. Scouring the net and questioning an “awakened” friend who will recognize herself – and whom I warmly thank for her precious help – I then discovered that a good number of people in the world practiced in various ways but always with the objective of well-being, whether physical, energetic or emotional.
Whether you believe it or not, I thought it would be interesting to share the fruit of this research with you: perhaps it will speak to you?
Obviously, when I started writing this grimoire, my characters came to discuss with me, and despite all my good will, took control of the writing... As always, I want to say.
As a result, the practices and rituals proposed below are completely concrete but presented by my characters... and their particular prisms. It is also their choices that are proposed but there are many diverse interpretations and practices: I therefore have no claim to “truth” on this subject.
In any case, if I don't teach you something or awaken you to yourself, I hope you have a good time with my heroes: that alone is already a step towards your well- to be interior.
